Bord na Móna Recycling are proud to announce the renewal of our partnership with The Curragh Racecourse, supporting their sustainability strategy and helping win the race to rethink waste collection and recycling. As one of Ireland’s leading waste management providers we take pride in recovering resources and creating a cleaner, more sustainable future for everyone. The partnership with The Curragh Racecourse continues this, by proactively working together to improve the tracks sustainability.
A number of new initiatives have been implemented to improve the track’s waste reduction efforts, these include; an enhanced recycling program built on the monitoring and evaluation of current waste practices, providing educational materials for staff, caterers, food partners and schools and new labelling on all bins and waste areas to drive awareness amongst race goers.
