With our Standard Service, you will know exactly how much your waste charge will be each month. You may leave your bins out on as many relevant collection days as you wish. This includes your general waste, recycling, organic* and glass* bin.
*Please note that organic bins are currently being rolled out across all regions and glass bins are not available in all areas.
Your latest bill will give a full breakdown of how much you are being charged. The easiest way for you to view your bill is on My Account Online.
Each price plan is designed to suit customers’ specific waste requirements.
Our Standard Service is ideal for households that fill their bins on a weekly basis. Standard Service is a valuable option for those that require their bins to be emptied regularly and like to know they are paying a fixed price each month.
Our Pay by Weight service is ideal for households that only fill their bin less frequently or seasonally. This service allows you to remain in control of your costs by offering a reduced service charge and only paying a per kilo charge when your bins are collected. By reducing the amount of waste going into the general waste bin customers can also save on their bill as organic bins, recycling bins and glass bins have a lower per kilo charge than the general waste bins.
Our Pay by Lift is ideal for those who only fill their bin occasionally or seasonally. Pay a 6 month service charge and a lift charge for each bin collected. Recycling, Organic* and Glass* bins are collected at significantly lower costs to your general waste bin – the more you recycle, the more you save.
*Please note that organic bins are currently being rolled out across all regions and glass bins are not available in all areas.

With our ‘Pay by Lift’ service households are billed according to the number of times that their bins are emptied or “lifted”. Rather than paying a fixed monthly fee you will pay a service charge and be charged a lift fee for your general waste, recycling, organic, and glass bins**.
The lift charge for the recycling, organic, and glass bins is significantly lower than the lift charge for the general waste bin, therefore the more you recycle, the more you save.
This plan is ideal for small households, summer or mobile homes, or households who do not put their bins out regularly.
