Stakeholder Partner Marketing Manager

The Stakeholder Partner Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in developing multi-channel and integrated marketing campaigns to drive business growth, increase brand awareness and generate demand across Large Energy Users (LEUs). This strategic role will integrate with Bord na Móna’s core project leads, JV partners and the wider Comms & Engagement team. This role will impact the company’s success by driving marketing initiatives that increase project awareness, generate commercial leads and enhance brand experience. You will have the opportunity to work on innovative, sustainable and renewable energy projects while collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to achieve marketing objectives.
The main duties and responsibilities of the role will include the following:
- Develop and manage marketing plans, ensuring alignment with project pillar priorities with the project lead and Comms & Engagement team. Develop and execute marketing programmes, campaigns, and materials to empower channel partners to drive leads, conversions and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with Strategic Brand Comms to create well scripted comms for internal and external use.
- Maintain strong relationships with the Renewable Energy commercial team, acting as the main point of contact for all marketing-related activities, and providing ongoing support to ensure they have the tools needed for success. Create and manage co-marketing campaigns with partners, including demand generation and lead nurturing. Drive project pillar marketing outcomes for growth, including tracking and reporting on campaign metrics and KPIs.
Analyse and review performance to identify and implement changes which drive further growth.
- Manage relationships with project pillars to ensure best practice to the mutual benefit of the projects and Comms & Engagement team.
- Provide project pillar updates to the Comms & Engagement team. Collaborate with the wider Comms & Engagement team and cross-business teams to drive successful implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to produce partner-focused content, including sales enablement materials, case studies, white papers, webinars, and product guides.
- Organise and deliver partner training and joint events to increase partner competency in the company’s renewable energy offerings and enhance sales efforts. Collaborate with Strategic Brand Comms to ensure website and online platforms are leveraged.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed, managing marketing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- All employees are expected to co-operate fully with all provisions taken by the company for ensuring Health and Safety, and Welfare of co-employees and members of the public using the premises
- Lead and Performance Manage your direct report(s). Proactively participate in the Performance Management process to ensure delivery of own, and the wider team’s objectives.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualification, skills, knowledge and attributes:
- Level 8 Honours Degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related discipline essential.
- Focus on strategic planning and execution. Experience in channel marketing, preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sectors. Strong understanding of renewable energy technologies and market dynamics. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Strong relationship and reputational management experience. Self starter and flexible in terms of availability for community engagement outside of normal hours. Competent with common Microsoft Office software packages. Significant experience of managing engagement with communities on major high profile infrastructure or renewable energy projects is desirable. High standards of media skills, verbal & written communication skills. Understanding of community engagement and consultation practice and approaches.
- General brand management experience. Background in project management and knowledge of the planning system and/or energy policy.
- Strong people management skills. High degree of accuracy in executing work. Ability to schedule work and deliver to tight deadlines. Strong Analytical Skill and Planning Abilities;
